- Can I buy direct from Signature Floors?
No. As a manufacturer, we supply our products through our national network of flooring retailers. The Store Locator can help you find a list of retailers closest to you.
- Where is my nearest store?
You can find our flooring products at authorised flooring retailers across Australia. Simply use the Store Locator and enter your postcode to view retailers in your area.
- Do you have a showroom?
We don’t operate a public showroom. Instead, samples can be ordered directly to your home through our online sample service. Samples are free and available for delivery within Australia only. Additional information on sample ordering can be found here: (add link).
- When will I receive my samples?
Samples are dispatched via Australia Post and typically arrive within 5–10 business days. If you’d like to view our products sooner, please use the Store Locator to identify your nearest stockist.
- Can I buy offcuts or spare pieces?
As a manufacturer, we do not sell any products directly to consumers. Please visit our Store Locator and you’ll see a list of the retailers closest to you who may be able to help with offcuts or spare pieces.
- Do you sell rugs?
Yes. Rugs can be purchased directly at signature.rugs.com.au, or through selected local stockists. Use the Store Locator to identify stockists offering our rug service.
